ProAccess enables you to assign access rights to people allowing them to enter your company premises, your offices or specific locations within your offices.

The system also allows you to register visitors to prevent unauthorised access.
In doing so, for each individual you can keep track of who is on your business premises at what time and depending on the type of organisation at which location.

The benefits

  • Management and control of access
    If required you can link working hours and access rules to your employees working hours. You can create different security levels for different areas. For visitors, reception can simply assign limited access rights. For suppliers and subcontractors too, it may be convenient to assign access rights for a specific duration of time only.
  • A presence list
    At all times, you have a detailed overview of where your employees and visitors are within your business premises.
